Launcelot is privately owned and run Family business. The Company was established in 1992 by Nic Byrom. Today the Company owns a diversified portfolio of property investments including commercial offices, retail units, residential properties, long leasehold and freehold investments, a ground rent portfolio and industrial holdings. In addition it has a number of private equity and equity investments. It also provides short term finance including bridging, development and re-finance loans.

Launcelot’s investment philosophy is to acquire income producing assets which it can enhance value through active management. It seeks to produce and maintain a stable income stream and takes a long-term investment approach.
Launcelot has acquired a significant real estate portfolio. It has Grade A offices located in the City of London, Clerkenwell, Marylebone and Southwark. It holds residential properties in Chelsea, Notting Hill, Fulham, Brixton, Southwark and Acton. The retail portfolio encompasses holdings along The Cut in Southwark, Guildford, Winchester and Exeter and it holds an industrial portfolio located near Bournemouth.
